Part of Ara’s exploration of Mesopotamian myth, reimagined into new, fictionalised form. Wrapped in a deep blue glaze that parts here and there to reveal gem-like layers beneath – like a crystal cracked open. Two gold wings drift down from the shoulders like feathers – and a single evil eye lies tucked within, watching quietly. Stunning!
