Square, compact and unapologetically raw, this vessel wears its rough, unrefined finish like a badge of honour. Nothing has been smoothed away or hidden. Its surface speaks of fire and earth, honest and tactile, begging to be touched. A gold-topped crown lifts the whole piece, a small flash of radiance against the weight below, and a perfect expression of wabi-sabi.
