This vessel has real presence, and it feels astonishingly alive. Black, beige and a dusty, rusted pink move across its surface like earth, ash and ember, each meeting the next with startling ease. This piece feels less made than gathered from fire, a guardian of commanding scale and deep, volcanic warmth.
