With 2026 looking like a wonderful year of creativity ahead, we share some snippets of the fabulous works installed and our clients’ words in 2025.
At The Art Precinct, we have over 30 years experience in residential curation. We recognise that it can be extremely overwhelming to start the process of including art in your home, and yet as a friend said yesterday…”everything is better with art”. We therefore developed the ‘White Glove Service’, where we start with the clients from scratch, often off house plans, working in a lovely process of to & fro discovery to curate a personalised collection just for them, taking all emotional and practical elements into consideration. We love it, and so do our clients….Lucky Us!

‘A Room with a View’, by Daniel Kerr.
‘Incalmo Platter Installation’, by Katie Brown.
“Working with The Art Precinct has been one of the most rewarding creative partnerships in our studio’s journey. Clare brings a deep understanding of how art shapes space and narrative, delivering soulful, intuitively aligned curations across every project.
Her process is considered and collaborative, consistently elevating outcomes beyond expectation. Whether sourcing a single statement piece or curating within a broader concept, we trust Clare to honour the creative vision, the client’s space, and the artist’s voice.” Kelly from Rarebirds Interiors.

“Clare gave me the confidence to build an art collection I love – both aesthetically and as an investment.”
‘On that Day’, by Nicola Bennett and Ceramic Vessels by Pip Woods.
‘Haunting the Deep’, by Garry Currin.
“Before working with Clare, I wanted to start an art collection but lacked the confidence to know what to buy – both aesthetically and from an investment perspective. Clare took the time to really understand my taste and our home, and guided me towards pieces I love and feel confident investing in. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.” Kirsty, Wellington.
Mahurangi Retreat
“Clare’s holistic approach to curating art for our home and garden resulted in a collection that is both deeply meaningful and beautifully connected to our space and family.”
‘Festival’, by Michael McHugh.
‘Tararua’, by Shane Cotton.
‘Feathers’, by Neil Dawson and Ceramic Vessels by Peter Collis.
‘Oscillate’, by Ray Haydon.
“Working with Clare on the art curation for our home and garden was an incredibly rewarding experience. She took a truly holistic approach, considering the architecture, landscape, and our family as a whole, while also introducing us to artists and works that were visually compelling and deeply meaningful.” Paul, Mahurangi.
“Art plays a key role in shaping the home’s atmosphere. Curated by Clare Mora of The Art Precinct and Artful Curation, each piece has been carefully selected and placed with precision – like the Feathers by Neil Dawson, which are suspended from the ceiling to catch the light and cast ever-changing shadows across the time interior.
Clare’s influence extends outdoors as well, where 16 large-scale sculptures adorn the surrounding garden. They set the tone for the property.” Jason from Iconic Homes.
