This piece unfolds as a split self – one side illuminated, the other swallowed in black. Figures blur and reappear, echoing the inner division between knowing and denial. Against a red wall of unease, Tomkins reveals a psychological fracture: the point where identity falters, and the self begins to watch itself unravel.
